James A. Lynch has spent more than three decades serving the town of Boonton and is looking forward to serving this great community, and seeing it to its fullest potential as its Mayor.

Restore unity, decorum, transparency and collaboration to the Council.
Investigate and root out rental stacking abuse.
Increase property code violation enforcement.
Cultivate and improve inter-municipal relations with neighboring towns to maximize opportunities for cost-saving opportunities.
Restore efforts to reduce Town debt which has ballooned 48% under current administration.
Institute a 5-year tax abatement on tax assessment increases to promote property improvements.
Update zoning to incorporate guidance from multiple planning and visioning studies.
Complete in-process Transit Village Designation application.
Create an advisory board consisting of well-respected individuals with prior governmental and private industry experience to ensure a smooth transition and optimal administration.
